The project area is in the basement of the new popular residential area of Bodrum named Bargilia and it was began in 2008, was finished in 2010. Approximately % 80 of the site members are public servants of Turkey’s Central Bank. Our company builds 4 employers house, 500 ton capacity water tank, 140 ton sea water treatment building, 1000 sqm business center, 46 pieces of private villas with outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, cafes, sundecks and beach for sunbath and swimming.
